We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl to ensure your records arrive in pristine condition without corner dings or seam splits.

What is your return policy for opened vinyl?

We accept returns within 30 days for defective or warped items. However, we cannot accept returns on opened records for change-of-mind reasons due to the collectible nature of the media.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, Smiling Ear Records ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.

How do you grade the condition of your records?

We follow the Goldmine Standard for all used inventory. New records are listed as 'Mint' or 'Near Mint,' while vintage pressings include detailed descriptions of both the sleeve and disc condition.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy applies.
